This cooked Menghai tea cake is made using the traditional 7572 recipe, which was first introduced in 1975. Today, 7572 is considered a quality standards for cooked Pu’er tea, and is used by traders and tea connoisseurs alike as a benchmark to compare against other cooked Pu’er teas. The outer layer of this tea cake is covered with Gong Ting (Imperial) grade tea buds while the inner contents comprises of 3rd to 7th grade leaves. All in all, Menghai 7572 makes a great everyday tea.

very good shu puer it has a very sweet and spicy flavor. latter infusion have more spiciness and is very enjoyable
