According to the Nei Piao (a piece of paper included in most tea cakes), 8832 cooked tea cake is made using a combination of traditional and modern processing method. This tea cake is also certified “Wu Gong Hai” (i.e. Safety and Quality standards) by China's Agricultural Quality Control Center.
