Li Li Xiang Tea Cake is created using a new special formula from Menghai. Thick tender buds are used in the creation of this tea cake. Due to the moisture, heat and micro-organism reaction during the oxidation process, the tea buds will naturally curl and roll up into pearl-like shape. This is how it earns its name "Li Li Xiang", which basically means tightly rolled, pearl-shape tea leaves.
