This tea cake is produced from leaves of wild grown tea plants growing in Yi Wu Zheng Shan. The word "Zheng" means original and only tea leaves harvested from Yi Wu town (only a few sq km in size) can be considered as such. Reviews & Ratings
Big leaves, not too tightly compressed. Fragrant. Pleasant taste.

This tea is strong. Still has a bit of a bite, but seems like it has a promising future if kept.

This tea has a very strong taste. It is obviously ageing and has a brown-gold liquor already, but still has a somewhat harsh edge to it, as a result its not a comfortable drink at the moment. It also has a slight smokey taste to it, which has obvioulsy eased over the last few years. However, despite these points I think this tea has a great future. Its sheer strength will I think cause it to age into something really lovely. Its not a tea for the weak at heart. If you want something with a bit of bite its worth trying.

Smells nice but tastes a bit of "industry" and a little "oily"; not bad really, but not great.
