The Pu'er tea leaves that were used for compressing this tea cake were picked from wild grown arbor tea trees in the high mountain areas of Kun Lu Shan, between 1410 to 2271 meters elevation. Kun Lu Shan (mountain) is located in the renowned Puer County of Yunnan province of China. This tea received the gold medal award in First Guang Zhou Tea Shopping Festival that was held in one of China's biggest tea market, Fang Cun.
