| Sheng (Raw) Pu'er |
|
Sheng Pu'er, also known as Uncooked, Raw, or Green Pu'er is produced from Pu'er tea leaves with some or
no oxidation at all. While drinkable, the liquor produced by young Sheng Pu'er tends to be very astringent.
However, with proper aging, Sheng Pu'er flavor can improve greatly, and often surpasses those of Shu Pu'er.
