| Chun Ming products are great value for money and this Yin Ya Tuo Cha is a steal at this price. Yin Ya, which translates to "Silver Bud" is made from good quality tea Pu'er leaves and a high amount of silverish tea buds. It is ready for drinking but the quality will improve with further aging. |

| One of my first experiences with sheng tuo and I guess I couldnīt choose better. The taste is fruity, smooth, but still strong, especially when steeped longer. It has beautiful golden color and nice smell, resembles dry apricot. This is how I imagined good sheng for daily drinking could taste. I cannot rate excellent for not being able to compare much, so I need to leave space for bigger impression, but still, this tuo is worth buying. | Esteban (8/24/2011) | | | | | I like this tea. A bit raw at first, but develops well in second and third infusions. I can only recommend it. I is also well worth for its price. | Laszlo (7/14/2011) | | | | | This is a very good green for its price. I have ordered a 5 tuo cha packet after I tasted it and when I opened it, it smelt like fresh ripe apricot. Simply delicious. :) | Laszlo (7/14/2011) | | | | | This is the one of the best puers Iīve ever had. itīs subtle and sweet like a honeydew or cantaloupe but its flavor lingers and expands as if it were a ripe puer. Iīm aging a couple of nest to check back on in a few years. | Ben (5/31/2011) | | | | | I received this 2007 Production at end Feb ī10.
Initially was very astringent and green (think green tea) with a slight hint of floral and sweetness. 2 stars max even for its price.
After 3 months in a loosened form stored in 70 to 80% humidity, much improvement.
Now astringency more tolerable and no more raw green taste. Can enjoy the light floral smell and very light touch of sweetness. OK to drink. 3 stars max if not considering price. Should improve over time but not a strong base to start with.
I gave 4 stars if you consider the quality / price and if you are on tight budget.
For me, as a normal day tea is ok, but certainly not good enough for the weekends and special occasions.
But if you got lots of other teas, then give this a miss.
| Edmund (5/27/2010) | | | | | I love this tea it has all the flavor that I expect out of a silver tip puer mellow sweet and a touch of honey. It reminds me of a good oak aged chardanay. This tea will go great with fish or chicken. This tea will taste even better in about 10 years | david (12/2/2009) | | | | | Quality/Price : Amazing! THis one can be drinked today, but I think it will be better if you wait one or two years (bitter & metal)...Robert from FRANCE | Robert (8/18/2008) | | | |
